Pharmacist Notes Tab

The Pharmacist Notes tab allows a pharmacist to record any non-patient facing notes or comments. This could be a reminder to follow up with the patient or their doctor, or a helpful tip for the next pharmacist that might be doing a follow up with the patient.

To add a note, enter the information in the Notes field and select Add Note.

Note: All previous notes will appear under the Previous Notes section, starting with the most recent note. The date, time and user will appear next to the note.
